1. 📖 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "mcwin" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform operated at mcwin.cam, including all games, services, features, promotions, and functionalities made available thereon.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an account on mcwin and uses the Platform's services.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by a Player on mcwin, which provides access to all Platform services including the Player Wallet.
• "Player Wallet" means the internal balance held within a Player's mcwin Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP), from which bets are placed and winnings are credited.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits granted by mcwin that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money.
• "KYC" or "Know Your Customer" refers to mcwin's identity and payment verification process, required before withdrawals can be processed.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount (or Bonus plus Deposit amount, as specified per offer) must be wagered before any associated Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or jurisdiction from which access to and participation in online gambling is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

2. ✅ Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By registering an account on mcwin, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as the mcwin Privacy Policy and any other policies or rules published on the Platform, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2.2 Your continued use of mcwin following any update or amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. mcwin will notify registered Players of material changes via email or platform notification before changes take effect.

2.3 These Terms are available in English. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between an English version and any other translated version, the English version shall prevail.

2.4 If you are accessing mcwin on behalf of any organization or third party, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that party to these Terms. mcwin does not recognize third-party agents, representatives, or intermediaries in the management of Player accounts.

3. 🔞 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 To be eligible to register and use mcwin, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of the Philippines or accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited;
• Not be a resident of or accessing from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of mcwin or any affiliated entity;
• Not be subject to a self-exclusion order currently in force on the mcwin platform;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable Philippine law.

3.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 mcwin reserves the right to verify the information provided at registration at any time and to request supporting documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3.4 Each individual may hold only one (1) mcwin account. The registration of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts. Any balances held in duplicate accounts may be voided at mcwin's discretion.

3.5 Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. mcwin will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to an account arising from a Player's failure to protect their login details.

4. 👤 Account Management

4.1 Your mcwin account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person.

4.2 Players are responsible for all activity conducted through their account, whether or not authorized by the account holder. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify mcwin's support team immediately.

4.3 mcwin reserves the right to require KYC verification at any stage, including but not limited to registration, first withdrawal, or upon reaching certain cumulative deposit thresholds. KYC documents may include a government-issued photo ID (SSS, PhilSys, UMID, Passport, Driver's License), proof of residential address, and verification of the payment method used.

4.4 Players may close their account at any time by contacting mcwin support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method, subject to KYC completion and applicable wagering requirements on any remaining Bonus Funds.

4.5 Currency

All Player Wallets are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Transactions conducted via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Visa, Mastercard, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and other supported payment methods will be processed in PHP. Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate displayed at the time of transaction.

5. 💳 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

Deposits to your mcwin Player Wallet may be made through the supported payment methods listed on the Platform. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100. mcwin does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own fees. mcwin is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment processors.

Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers via InstaPay (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank) are typically credited within a few minutes, subject to the operating hours and processing capacity of the issuing bank. mcwin does not guarantee specific crediting timescales for third-party payment methods.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your mcwin Player Wallet are subject to the following conditions:

• Completion of KYC verification;
• Satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds;
• Minimum withdrawal amount of PHP 200;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods verified in the Player's name — mcwin does not transfer funds to third-party accounts;
• mcwin reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal;
• Withdrawal processing times are indicative: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes; bank withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day.

5.3 mcwin reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, account compromise, or breach of these Terms. Players will be notified of any such action in accordance with applicable law.

5.4 mcwin complies with all applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. Unusual or suspicious transactions will be reported to relevant authorities as required by law.

6. 🎁 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 mcwin offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. The specific terms, wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates applicable to each promotion are stated on the individual offer page and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6.2 Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any portion of the bonus (or associated winnings) becomes eligible for withdrawal. Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; Live Casino games may contribute a lower percentage as specified in each offer.

6.3 Bonus Abuse: mcwin reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close accounts if it reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using prohibited betting patterns (e.g., equal staking on opposing outcomes), or providing false information to claim a promotion.

6.4 mcwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are not available where prohibited by applicable law.

6.5 Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in the Player Wallet. When a withdrawal is requested, real-money funds are processed first. Any remaining Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements at the time of withdrawal will be forfeited.

7. 🎲 Game Rules & Fair Play

7.1 All games offered on mcwin are provided by licensed third-party game studios and operate using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics subject to independent testing and certification. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published and accurate at the time of publication.

7.2 In the event of a discrepancy between game results displayed on your device and mcwin's server-side records, the server-side records shall be authoritative. mcwin maintains comprehensive game transaction logs for a minimum of five (5) years.

7.3 In the event of a technical error, game malfunction, or interrupted game session, mcwin reserves the right to void all bets placed during the affected period and return stakes to Players' wallets. mcwin will not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions outside its reasonable control.

7.4 If a game result is discovered to have been recorded in error due to a system fault, mcwin reserves the right to correct the error and adjust Player balances accordingly, regardless of whether funds have already been credited to the Player's account.

8. 🚫 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on mcwin and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances:

1. Registering more than one account or using another person's account;
2. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
3. Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party;
4. Using any software, algorithm, bot, script, or automated system to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for normal Player use;
5. Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes;
6. Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in Platform software for financial gain;
7. Money laundering or using the Platform for any illegal financial activity;
8. Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion restrictions;
9. Accessing mcwin from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN or other circumvention tool;
10. Harassing, abusing, or threatening mcwin staff or other Players;
11. Any conduct that mcwin reasonably determines to be fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.

mcwin reserves the right to determine, in its sole and reasonable discretion, whether a Player has engaged in prohibited conduct. Decisions made by mcwin in this regard are final, subject to any applicable regulatory review.

9. ©️ Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the mcwin Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software code, and user interface design, is the intellectual property of mcwin or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the mcwin Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.

9.3 Players may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the mcwin Platform without prior written permission from mcwin.

10. ⚖️ Limitation of Liability

10.1 mcwin provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mcwin disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

10.2 mcwin shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment, arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.

10.3 mcwin's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not, in any circumstances, exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits mcwin's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by its negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

10.5 mcwin shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government action, network or internet failure, cyberattacks, or third-party payment processor outages.

11. 🛡 Responsible Gaming

11.1 mcwin is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help Players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players through their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Increases to existing limits require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect; reductions are applied immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure alerts to notify them after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may take a temporary break from mcwin ranging from 24 hours to six (6) weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion from the Platform for a defined period. During self-exclusion, account login is disabled and deposits are blocked. Reinstatement requires a deliberate, structured process after the exclusion period expires.

12. 🔐 Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 mcwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Player has engaged in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8;
• The Player has provided false information during registration or KYC;
• Continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to mcwin;
• The Player is under 21 years of age;
• Maintaining the account would be in violation of any applicable law or regulatory directive.

12.2 Upon suspension or closure of an account for cause, mcwin may withhold and void any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Real-money deposits that have not been subject to fraudulent or Terms-breaching activity may be returned to the Player's verified payment method at mcwin's discretion, following completion of any required investigation.

12.3 Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may contact mcwin support at any time. Any real-money balance remaining at closure will be withdrawn to the Player's verified payment method, subject to KYC completion.

13. ✏️ Amendments to These Terms

13.1 mcwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the registered address or through a prominent notice on the Platform, with reasonable advance notice before the changes take effect.

13.2 The current, effective version of these Terms is always available at mcwin.cam/terms-conditions and is identified by the version number and effective date displayed in the header of this document.

13.3 Continued use of the mcwin Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not agree with any amendments should cease using the Platform and may close their account in accordance with Section 12.3.

14. 🇵🇭 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the mcwin Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through direct negotiation in good faith. Players are encouraged to contact mcwin's support team as a first step in any dispute.

14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice from either party, the matter may be referred to arbitration or the appropriate Philippine courts with jurisdiction over the subject matter, as applicable.

14.4 mcwin operates in alignment with PAGCOR's online gaming framework. Certain disputes involving player protection may be escalable to PAGCOR in accordance with its published dispute resolution procedures for regulated online gaming operators.

14.5 Nothing in this Section 14 limits a Player's statutory rights under Philippine consumer protection or data privacy law.
